Arachno Side Table

Miniaturization of the Arachno Coffee Table concept into a side table format — same brazed steel rod lattice, scaled down and reworked as a tall pedestal. The lathe-turned wood feet carry over from the coffee table, turned from offcuts of the same slab material. After building the physical piece, the design language was extended in CAD to explore what a full furniture line could look like: a nightstand with a drawer and the arachno lattice as the base structure, and a dresser with the lattice as a plinth and the brazing detail translated into drawer pulls throughout. Neither has been built yet, but the renders show how the joinery technique scales to more complex, functional forms.
